All you have to do is:

  1. Untwist the top frame from the bottom frame to free the Nitro ball.
  2. Place the NITRO BALL in the freezer for 2 hours.
  3. Remove the NITRO BALL from the freezer, wipe off accumulated ice / freezer burn with a towel, place the Nitro ball back in the frame and screw the top on tightly.
  4. Begin to use the NITRO BALL, if the Nitro ball is too cold for you, please use a layer of clothing between your skin and the NITRO BALL



  1.  COOL the area where it hurts
  2.  SOOTHE the area as you roll the Nitro ball over where it hurts
  3.  RELIEVE the pain as you apply the pressure according to your comfort level


The NITRO BALL is intended to be used ONLY as a COLD massage roller to help alleviate muscle & tendon soreness. In order to have the best and safest
experience with the NITRO BALL please read below:

  • ONLY use the NITRO BALL after being in the freezer or at room temperature.
  • Do not EVER try to heat the NITRO BALL at all in any way.
  • Do not leave the NITRO BALL under direct sunlight or under any heat source that will increase the temperature of the Nitro ball.
  • Do not use the NITRO BALL if it's been exposed to heat. Wait until the ball has cooled down to at least room temperature before using it.
  • Do not use the NITRO BALL on wet or moist skin.
  • Do not attempt to place or put your tongue on and/or lick any part of the NITRO BALL.
